Artemis is renowned for its excellent communication skills and is accessible by email or telephone throughout the working day; there is also an emergency contact number for out of office hours.
Many of our projects are for clients who have work commitments; if you fall into this category and are unable to attend site meetings during the normal working day, we can arrange to communicate via email and jpegs. If there are any instructions which vary from the main contract which you would like Artemis to carry out, we can accommodate these under our Variation to Contract scheme.
Variations to contract forms are signed before commencement of any additional work .
All our tradesmen are accommodating and friendly however in order to run a professional organisation all communications must be directed to Head Office.

Workmanship

Quality of workmanship and the use of high-end materials set the standard of the whole project.
Attention to detail is an understatement when summing up our workmanship; Artemis attention to detail starts with the areas you cannot see, as the finish relies on quality preparation. As you will learn to appreciate you cannot have a straight skirting board if the plastering is not smooth; you cannot have smooth plastering if the plasterboard has not been set out properly; likewise the stud / brick walls have to be built correctly before all the aforementioned can be achieved. It starts from below the ground and moves upwards and inwards to the finished walls.
Plumbing and electrics; Artemis provides floor plans in advance of the commencement of the project to enable the client to indicate, with the help of the project manager, the preferred locations of light switches, computer terminals, TV., telephone points and radiators.
